- Don't eat for at least an hour before a massage or body treatment.
- Reach the Spa atleast 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.
- Relaxe and take deep breaths before your sessions.
- Drink lots of water before and after. Water enhances the detoxifying and rehydrating benefits.
- Talk to your therapists - If anything feels off, let them know! too hot / cold, too much pressure / too little pressure, music's too loud - anything. They want you to have the best experience possible.
- Generally, undress completely for body services, your therapists will keep you body draped in dry clothes and only expose the area to be worked upon, however, in wet services such as body scrubs, body wraps and hydrotherapies, you will not be draped in order to reap maximum benefits. (Swimsuits are optional insome of these services)
- Do not take children and leave them unattended, this is very disruptive to other spa goers and unsafe for children.
- Relax, yet respect that the room must be prepared and used for the next client, so know that you must vacate treatment room upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time.
- Give honest feedback to the therapist, owner, receptionist, etc. If your spa exeriences were as expected.
