Anger Tips
Anger is an emotional response to a grievance; real or imagined;
past, present or future. Rage refers to an extreme degree of anger associated with a loss of calmness or discipline (in the case of human conduct).
Anger signals your body to prepare for a fight. When you get angry, adrenalin and other hormones are released into your bloodstream. Your blood pressure, puls and respiration rate all go up. Hostility is being ready for a fight all the time. Continual hostility keeps your blood pressure high and may increase your risk for a heart attack or other illness. Being hostile also isolatesyou from other people.
